Below are the terms and conditions for Cradle Highlander.
Cabin Accommodation Booking & Confirmation
Check out real-time availability and book online via our secure booking system. This is the quickest way of securing your booking. Alternatively, you can contact us with your preferred cabin and dates using an enquiry form.
When booking with Cradle Highlander, you must secure the booking with your credit card with an expiry date later than your scheduled check-in date and with sufficient credit limit. Your card will be charged 7 days before your arrival.
Accommodation Terms and Conditions
Full payment for your booking will be charged to your credit card 7 days before your check-in date.
Non-shows will not be refunded and will forfeit any remaining accommodation.
Please ensure you have travel insurance in place. NO REFUND or CREDIT VOUCHER will be given if you cancel outside the 7-day period. Please refer below Change/Cancellation Policy for details.
An additional cleaning fee of up to $100.00 may be charged if cottages are left in an excessively dirty state or if guests choose not to wash and dry used dishes prior to departure.
change/Cancellation POLICY
You can cancel or request changes to your booking without penalty provided this is done by email at least 7 days before your check-in date. If you cancel/change your booking less than 7 days before your check-in date, No Refund will be given. All cancellations must be notified by email.
Please ensure you have travel insurance in place. NO REFUND or CREDIT VOUCHER will be given if you cancel the reservations outside the 7-day period.
We DO offer refund or credit voucher in the event that we fail to deliver the service as an accommodation provider or we caused the cancellation or change of dates.
We DO NOT offer refund or credit voucher for events such as bad weather, natural disasters, flight cancellations, airline bankruptcies, vehicle breakdowns, accidents, road closures, death in the family, Covid, sickness, injuries or any other incidents caused by a third party. Please contact your travel insurance company to make claims.
Changes for bookings made with third party booking platforms follows the same Change/Cancellation Policy but will need to be directed to the third party booking platforms. Cradle Highlander is not able to process such cancellations or changes.
Payment by direct deposit is acceptable, provided such payment is received 7 days or more before your check-in date. Please get in touch with us for bank account details. Upon receipt of payment, we will send you written confirmation of your booking.
